Business growth and automation studio
For e-commerce brands and ops-heavy small businesses. A ranked fix list you can run with us, without us, or build yourself with AI.
Orders are up. So are returns, stockouts, 3PL surprises and listings that drifted. The founder owns all of it, between customer emails.
We trace real orders and real customers through your business and your channels, pull the numbers, and hand you a ranked fix list with cost, effort and payoff on every line. Then you decide what happens next.
Quoted on the first call, before you commit. Intro pricing while we build the client base.
Kickoff to fix list. A short update at the end of week one.
If the audit doesn't find one fix that pays for itself, you don't pay.
What we do
The first three start with the audit, because we don't fix what we haven't measured. The fourth is for owners who want to build it themselves.
Order-to-cash process map as it really runs. Inventory, 3PL, carrier and returns performance against your contracts. Listing, site and ad conversion by channel. Where the team's hours go, and which of those hours software should take.
We build the fixes in your tools, with your team. Automations for order routing, inventory alerts, returns intake and reporting. Vendor and 3PL renegotiation. Listing and page rebuilds. Ad account restructure. SOPs so the fix survives the next hire.
An ops and channel lead without the hire. A weekly scorecard on fulfillment, inventory, conversion and ad efficiency. Vendor and marketplace issues handled before they reach you. Launches planned and run.
We teach owners and small teams to build what they'd otherwise pay an agency for. Your website, live on your domain by the end of the session. Marketing material in your voice. Agents for sourcing, outreach, support and reporting. The reusable skills your team runs every week. No coding background needed.
We decide that together on the final call, against the numbers in the report. It has to be a fix your team can run with the people and tools you already have.
Start an auditWho we help
Orders are up, but returns, 3PL handoffs and stockouts are starting to show up in reviews. We trace the order path end to end and find where margin leaks.

The listing launched well and has drifted since. Ads, conversion and inventory are three separate headaches. We've sat on the marketplace's side of the table and know what gets a listing moving again.

A product went viral and fulfillment, support and creator management are improvised. We put a floor under the operation before the next spike.

3PLs, wholesale distributors, light manufacturing, multi-location services. Scheduling, vendors and inventory run on spreadsheets and memory. We write it down, measure it, and hand the repetitive parts to software.

Nothing to audit yet, so we skip to building with you: site, listings, fulfillment setup, first agents. We've done it for Healthy Gal, MockGenie and North Anchor itself.

Not a fit: you want a marketing agency (we're not one; we fix the operation and the channels so whoever runs your ads gets better results), or you need an RFP and several sign-offs before a kickoff. We work directly with the owner or the person who can say yes, and we start within a week.
How it works
You tell us what's breaking. We tell you which audit fits, what it costs and whether we're the right people. There is no pitch deck.
Read-only access to your store, marketplace and tools. One hour with you and whoever runs the day to day.
We trace orders, pull the numbers, read the reviews and test the listings. Short update at the end of week one.
Ranked, with cost, effort and expected payoff per item, walked through live. Then you decide what happens next.
Why we started this
Our founders spent years inside Amazon, then DoorDash, FedEx and Meta. Those companies run operations and channels with specialists: someone owns the 3PL contract, someone owns the listing, someone owns the returns rate. Nobody is guessing.
A $2M brand has none of that. The problems aren't harder than the ones we worked on. They're just unowned.
North Anchor brings that discipline to businesses before they can hire for it, at a price that makes sense now. We keep the audit fixed-price and guaranteed because that's the only honest way to prove it. We build with AI every day, this site and our own agents included, and we teach it because an owner who can run their own site and agents doesn't need us for the small stuff. That's the right outcome.

Product marketing at Meta, and before that at Amazon on Blink and Alexa, so she has sat on the marketplace's side of the table.
Questions we get
A fixed price, quoted on the first call once we know your size and channels. We're running intro pricing while we build the client base, and the price doesn't change once you've started.
No. The fix list is written so your team can run it. If you want us to implement, we scope that separately after you've seen the list.
Read-only access to your store and marketplace accounts, your 3PL or WMS if you have one, and ad accounts for a channel audit. We sign an NDA before kickoff.
In Los Angeles and Southern California, yes, and for ops audits we'd rather walk the floor. Everywhere else in the US we work remote.
No. Most owners we work with have never written code. You bring your business and a laptop. We bring the tools, the method and the mistakes we've already made. By the end of the first session you have something live.
The founders, on every engagement. We use our own automation to pull data and draft, but every finding is ours and a founder is on every call.
